Faye deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of property assets, corporate support for transactions, re-financing arrangements involving secured lending, and ongoing asset management, such as lease negotiations and portfolio optimisation.

She specialises in management transactions, with expertise across the leisure, office, and industrial sectors. Her clients are diverse, spanning property investors, high-net-worth individuals, and hospitality owners.

Recent transactions include:

• Advising Greentec Auto on establishing their first UK Base
• Negotiated and secured a commercial lease for Power-Up Tavern’s expansion in London

Education

Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of York and Legal Practice Course and Master of Science in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Manchester

Away from the office

Outside of work, Faye socialises with her friends and family, especially making time for her young daughter. Alongside this, she enjoys new experiences – travelling, trying new restaurants, and attending music festivals being top of her list! To keep active, Faye is a keen runner.
