Emma is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Team.

Areas of Expertise

Emma specialises in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and has extensive experience in acting for investor clients in the acquisition of all types of commercial property, ranging from single-let industrial units to multi-let office blocks and shopping centres.

In addition, Emma has experience in acting for developers on site acquisitions and also acts for investor clients in the refinance of property portfolios. Emma also helps investor clients manage their property portfolios by negotiating new leases and lease renewals.
