Darcy is a solicitor in our Commercial team, having qualified with the firm following the completion of her training contract. She has gained experience across Corporate, Residential Property, and Litigation, giving her a well-rounded foundation in legal practice.

Darcy has experience acting for hotels, sports clubs, F&B operators, retailers, manufacturers of goods and service providers. Darcy advises on a range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements (NDAs), appearance releases, sponsorships, promotions and brand endorsements, operator agreements (including hotel management and F&B) and supply contracts.

Her practical approach and attention to detail support clients in achieving clear, commercially sound advice.

Education

Darcy has an undergraduate degree from Cardiff University and a GDL and LPC from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Away from the office

Aside from law, Darcy is passionate about dancing, going to the theatre, and watching TV.
