Danielle is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Real Estate Finance Team and acts for lenders in connection with the acquisition or re-finance of property.
Danielle is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team at Kuits, having trained with the firm and qualified into the department in 2017. She acts for a range of mainstream and challenger banks as well as bridging lenders advising on the acquisition, refinancing, and secured lending of residential and commercial property, including development land.
Her expertise includes conducting complex title investigations and managing refinance portfolios. As well as preparing reports on title and drafting bespoke security documentation tailored to lender requirements, Danielle is skilled in leading multi-property transactions and structuring finance deals involving diverse asset types.
Danielle is commended for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and contacts and providing bespoke practical commercial solutions. Her advice is practical and commercially focused and ensures lenders can make informed decisions.
