Daniel Howlett

Area of expertise

Daniel acts for clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including disposals and acquisitions, and landlord and tenant work. He has particular expertise in the negotiation and drafting of leases, advising both landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations.

Prior to qualifying, Daniel worked as a paralegal within a commercial real estate team, gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
