Claire has experience of both residential and commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, assignments, deeds of variations and refinancing.
She has a particular interest in residential development work, and acts for a number of national house builders including developers and other property companies in relation to site assembly, preparation of the estate documentation, and disposals.
