Qualifying in September 2017, Clair acts for mainstream and challenger banks as well as bridging lenders in connection with property acquisitions and/or refinances. Clair specialises in property due diligence and drafting security documentation, including bespoke documentation such as facility letters. Clair also has experience in carrying out security reviews and assisting with insolvency matters alongside the firm’s recoveries team.
