Caroline is a specialist commercial and non-contentious intellectual property lawyer and partner in the Commercial and Intellectual Property department.

Areas of Expertise

Caroline provides advice to clients on a broad range of areas including: all types of commercial arrangements, including research and product development, manufacturing and routes to market; the strategic protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, in particular know how and confidential information, trade marks and copyright; and use of technology for the delivery of products and services.

She has extensive experience of commercial rights in sport including sponsorship, image rights, endorsements, brand licensing and activation at both a deal-specific and a strategic level as well as a specialism in brand protection and exploitation.

Caroline’s wealth of experience both in private practice and in-house means that she can offer well-honed technical skills in the context of a pragmatic, strategic and highly commercial response. She is often described as an extension of a client’s in-house team.
