Billy has experience across a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Financial remedies following the breakdown of relationships, for both married and unmarried couples;
• All aspects of private children law, including child arrangements, such as where a child should live and how they spend time with each parent, as well as specific issue applications;
• Advice on applications under the Family Law Act 1996, including non-molestation orders and occupation orders; and
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

As a member of Resolution, Billy is committed to helping clients reach amicable decisions and avoid unnecessary conflict and confrontation wherever possible. Furthermore, he is a committee member at Manchester Y-Res.
