Bez joined the Corporate team at Kuits as a newly qualified Solicitor. Bez previously worked on several transactions including:

1. Share sales and acquisitions;
2. Business and asset transfers; and
3. Investments.

Bez has also previously spent three months on secondment for a listed company based in London assisting the sole Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at the time relating to both corporate and commercial matters.
