Ayesha advises clients on all aspects of private family law, with a particular interest in representing clients with disabilities in both matrimonial (nuptial agreements and breakdown) and children matters.
Ayesha loves to be challenged with atypical family scenarios and has experience advising clients in relation to complex child arrangement/financial provision for children disputes and high-net worth separations with international and child relocation elements.
As a member of Resolution, and YRES Committee member, Ayesha is committed to helping clients reach amicable agreements wherever possible, aiming to minimise conflict whilst promoting pragmatic and constructive solutions.
