Alex is a member of our real estate finance team, bringing more than 12 years of experience across both residential and commercial property law.
He regularly advises bridging lenders on a variety of financing matters, including standard bridging loans and more complex development finance transactions. With his background in property law, he is able to guide clients through every stage of a transaction with confidence, drawing on his extensive knowledge and expertise.
Alex has previously mentored junior lawyers and trainee solicitors, sharing his expertise in property law and helping them develop the technical skills and confidence needed to progress in their careers.

Outside of work, Alex regularly goes to the gym, plays guitar, and goes to Pilates and yoga on his weekends. When he can find the time around his busy schedule, he is catching up with his family and friends.
