Adam is a senior associate in our banking & real estate finance team, regularly advising bridging lenders, specialist lenders, and challenger banks on secured lending transactions. He is experience in carrying out property due diligences and working through lender conditions on complex transactions and asset types including properties that are mid-development, large HMOs, multi-unit freehold blocks and portfolio refinances. Adam is proficient in drafting, reviewing and amending security documents for lenders including legal charges, debentures, and any required guarantees.
Prior to joining Kuits, Adam worked at a top 100 law firm for over 8 years, and was trusted to supervise, trains, and sign off files for junior members of the department
