Abby is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
Abby began her training at Kuits in September 2022, after working as a paralegal for four years, two of which were in spent gaining experience in commercial litigation. Following a full year of hands-on experience in our dispute resolution department during her training period, she qualified as a commercial litigator in September 2024.
Abby has developed experience in several areas of law, with a particular interest in financial and partnership litigation.
Now, she advises both individuals and businesses on a wide on a variety of commercial disputes including:

LLB Law degree at The University of Manchester Master’s degree and LPC at The University of Law, Manchester.
Abby loves to travel far and wide, but while in Manchester loves to keep up to date with Manchester’s amazing food and drink scene and watching live music.
