Kuits takes part in mental health awareness week

During the week commencing 9th May Kuits took part in mental health awareness week 2022 in line with the firm’s pledge to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health.

In 2019, the firm signed the Time to Change mental health pledge to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace and create a support network available to employees.

The firm conducted a number of employee engagement sessions over the course of the week, including a meditation session, wellbeing walk, games, snacks and meet ups with colleagues.

Led by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness week takes place every May, each year with a different theme. This year’s theme centred around tackling loneliness.

Managing Partner Steve Eccleston said: “Mental health issues are as prevalent as ever as we continue to adapt to a new way of life following a global pandemic. As a result, we know it’s incredibly important for us to get behind campaigns and incentives such as mental health awareness week. As a firm, we are committed to doing everything we can to make our workplace a safe and open space for all our staff.”
