Kuits strengthens Contentious Probate team

Rick Wilson has completed the Association of Contested Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) qualification.

Rick Wilson, Associate Solicitor at Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits, recently completed the Association of Contested Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) qualification.

Rick is experienced in all aspects of dispute resolution acting for both individuals and businesses, but he has a specialist expertise in Contentious Trusts and Probate. Rick is ranked in Legal 500 being described as ‘great to work with and receptive to client needs’. The ACTAPS qualification is in recognition of his skills and experience in this highly specialist area and will add further depth of expertise to the team.
