Kuits announces new round of promotions

18th May 2023

Steve Jackson has been promoted to Partner in Kuits’ commercial property team. He specialises in commercial property law and has significant experience relating to landlord and tenant matters. Steve works with clients in a wide variety of sectors including leisure, office and industrial and sits on Kuits’ leisure sector focus group.

Matt Wallis and Charlotte Barker, also from Kuits’ commercial property team and Dan Adcock-Kirsh from the dispute resolution team have all been promoted to Senior Associate. Four solicitors have been promoted to Associate: Seb Wahlstrohm (residential property), Kate Marshall and Rebecca Winteringham (tax and probate) and James Howarth (employment).

Robert Levy, Kuits’ Executive Partner commented: “It has been another successful year for our business, and we are delighted to promote these outstanding lawyers and support them in the next stage of their careers. We are ambitious for our business, our people and our clients and investing in our people and their professional development forms an important part of our growth plans.”

Steve Eccleston, Kuits’ Managing Partner said: “We’ve got a great team at Kuits.
Great teams are made up of great people, we’re not perfect, and we know that and we all continue to strive to improve and succeed as a group. We are not all the same, we have different strengths and weaknesses, and we have good days and bad days. We treat each other with respect and respect our differences. Continuously developing to stay great, on the basis of the team, realising that it is not just about yourself and your own success and understanding the need to be constantly demanding and supportive of those others is easy in principle but hard-work in practice and it’s not for everyone. Happily it is for quite a lot of people and the firm is proud to announce the latest round of promotions.”

Kuits is ranked highly in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK and named in The Times Best Law Firms 2023.
