Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits solicitors, has advised their client UK Wate Solutions Limited on its sale to Reconomy Group. The Kuits’ corporate team which was led by Senior Associate, Kate Gledhill, advised on the sale which includes all four primary brands of the Newark head-quartered business (Novati, AMA, Click Waste UK and Evolution). UK Waste Solutions Limited are sustainability consultants and managers who specialise in supporting clients across the hospitality, distribution, transport, facilities management, manufacturing, and construction sectors. The company has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and now has 3,500 customers including many well-known and highly respected brands, including Marston’s, Network Rail and CBRE.
