Kuits advise Padel Project UK on new padel courts

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits solicitors, has successfully advised Padel Project UK Limited on securing a lease for the construction of new padel courts at Worthing Football Club.

The Kuits commercial property team provided expert legal advice on the key property documents, including the conditional agreement for lease, the lease agreement and licence to alter, facilitating the development of the new courts at the football club. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in expanding the availability of padel sports in the area.

The project is part of Padel Project UK Limited’s mission to increase the accessibility and popularity of padel in the UK, with Worthing Football Club becoming an integral part of this expansion.
