Kuits have advised Mac Clinical Research on a new lease and an agreement in relation to their current premises.

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits solicitors, recently advised Mac Clinical Research on a new lease and an agreement in relation to their current premises.

Established in 1988, Mac Clinical Research is one of the UK’s leading clinical trials organisations and is located in the state-of-the-art Citylabs building in Manchester city centre.

Citylabs is located in the heart of the UK’s largest NHS Trust (Manchester University Foundation Trust) campus and is the largest clinical academic campus in Europe. Mac had outgrown their original space and, therefore, commercial property Associate from Kuits, Kate Kurtz, advised them on a right to take a longer-term lease for their existing space plus a new lease for another floor.
