The Commercial Property team at Kuits recently advised their client, David Samuel Properties, on the purchase of Bouverie Place shopping centre in Folkestone.
The team including, Sally Knight, Chris Hardy and Charlotte Barker, advised their client on the acquisition of the centre which is fully let to a mixture of national brands such as Primark, TK Maxx, JD Sports and Asda. Originally constructed in 2007, it is a one stop shopping facility in the heart of Folkestone. David Samuel Properties have a successful track record of purchasing value add assets across various sectors and enhancing its investor base through high quality asset management.
