Kuits advises on hotel management agreement with Chester Zoo

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits Solicitors, has advised Troo Hospitality on the successful completion of a hotel management agreement with Chester Zoo, the UK’s most popular zoo.

The agreement marks a significant step forward in the development of hospitality services at Chester Zoo’s new safari lodge experience, called The Reserve, which is set to open to the public in August 2025. It reflects Troo Hospitality’s continued growth and strategic expansion in the sector.
