Espoir Properties Limited has completed a strategic acquisition of the entire share capital of Amicis Care Limited which operates the Dalkeith Care Home, situated in Cheltenham.
The Dalkeith Care Home, known for its unwavering commitment to high standards and the creation of a nurturing “home away from home” environment stands as a testament to excellence in the care sector, resonating with the values that Espoir Properties champions.
Despite the change in ownership, no changes to staff will be made and operations will continue as before with the home’s commitment to deliver service excellence to its residents remaining its top priority.
Leveraging the collective expertise of their corporate and commercial property teams, Kuits provided invaluable advice to Espoir Properties Limited throughout the acquisition process.
