Companies House Fees

As of 1 May 2024, Companies House have increased its fees (in large part to raise the funding required to implement the changes brought about by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) 2023).

The most notable fee increases include:

• incorporation of a company, with standard digital incorporation of a company increasing from £10 to £50 and from £30 to £78 for a same day incorporation
• a significant uplift of the fees for filing confirmation statements, with the fees rising from £13 to £34 if filed online and from £40 to £62 if filed by paper
• voluntary strike off fees, rising from £8 to £33 for digital filings and from £10 to £44 for paper filings

Many changes are being brought about by ECCTA, a number of which have already come into force.
