Real Estate Finance Solicitor (7+ years PQE)

The team is seeking a senior associate solicitor to play a key role in driving transactions, supporting business development and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing real estate finance transactions from inception to completion
• Acting for lenders on complex property financing transactions
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements and security packages
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members (associates, NQs and paralegals)
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to winning new work
• Supporting the team’s strategic and business development initiatives

Key skills and experience

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification in real estate finance and/or commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead transactions and train junior team members
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
