Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4+ years PQE)

The Real Estate Finance team is looking to recruit a talented associate solicitor to support a growing and dynamic practice. This role will provide the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions while developing technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders
• Assisting on larger, more complex deals and managing smaller transactions independently
• Drafting facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
• Supporting detailed property due diligence processes and transaction management
• Supervising junior team members (NQs and paralegals)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities

Key skills and experience

• Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property
• Strong technical ability in commercial property and landlord and tenant transactions
• Demonstrates commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Keen to develop client relationships and professional profile
