Our team has a wealth of experience in advising landlords and tenants on residential tenancy agreements.
In many cases, tenancy agreements are dealt with via an assured shorthold tenancy for a fixed term, so that there is no security of tenure for the tenant at the end of that term should the landlord wish to bring the tenancy to an end on a standard two months’ notice.
There are other forms of tenancy that are sometimes appropriate and we suggest that if you are intending to grant a tenancy, or enter into a tenancy agreement as a tenant, that you seek legal advice from our residential property solicitors prior to doing so.
We will advise you fully, prepare any documentation that you require, or alternatively approve any documentation provided to you by any third-party.
