Borrower repayments – I am concerned a borrower will not pay. What can I do?

Unfortunately, there are occasions where borrowers are not able to comply with the terms of their loans, or are not able to obtain the necessary refinance. With substantial experience in the sector, we understand that these factors may be beyond your control, or not foreseen at the time of the creation of the loan.

Our team are experts in dealing with recoveries matters on behalf of lenders, receivers/administrators and other professionals involved in the enforcement process. We have particular experience in dealing with property recoveries.
