Kuits advise Persimmon / Charles Church

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits, recently advised Persimmon Homes North West and Charles Church Developments on the acquisition of residential land.

The team at Kuits advised on the purchase of residential development land at Lee Hall, Westhoughton near Bolton. This is a purchase for a further phase of an already successful housing development which will now see the construction of a further 21 luxury homes by Charles Church Developments.
