BiG Storage, the North West leading self-storage operator and Allied Irish Bank (GB), the long established specialist business bank have executed an £11 million five year refinance deal.
Manchester law firm Kuits Solicitors advised Allied Irish on the £11 million banking restructure of the North West industrial property portfolio. A team led by George MacMillan, Liz Winter and Jan Winstanley from Kuits advised on the portfolio of storage properties in Chester, Warrington, Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Lancaster held by the self-storage firm BiG Storage.
George MacMillan, head of banking and real estate finance at Kuits said: “It has been great to work once again with Mike Rogers and the team at Allied Irish in Manchester. Our respective Firms have held a strong relationship for many years and this mutual understanding of how we operate allowed us to successfully complete this deal.”
Big Storage was advised on its restructure by Jeremy Orrell, partner at SAS Daniels who said
