Kuits successfully retains The Law Society’s CQS accreditation for sixth consecutive year29 Mar 2018
Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has maintained The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) endorsement, for the sixth year in a row.
CQS is a national quality standard for residential conveyancing practices that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority across the UK.
Kuits’ Residential department has been successful once again in achieving the certification, which recognised the team’s best practice in conveyancing and client service.
The firm has also had further recognition in the last twelve months for its residential work, including winning Best Conveyancing Law Firm at The Talk of Manchester Awards 2017 and being shortlisted in the Excellence in Conveyancing Practice category at The Law Society Excellence Awards 2017 and for Law Firm of the Year at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2018.
Tony Hardy, Head of Residential Property at Kuits, said: “It’s fantastic to have our team recognised for its efforts again by achieving the CQS accreditation for the sixth time. It reassures our clients that they have chosen a residential conveyancing partner with the expertise needed to provide a first-class service.
“For the majority of people, buying and selling their home is one of the most important transactions that they will make in their lives, and this certificate reflects our commitment to ensuring our clients fully understand the conveyancing process from start to finish.”
The Law Society is the professional association that represents and governs lawyers across England and Wales. It was founded in 1825 and works to provide services and support to practising and training lawyers.
