Kuits retains top Law Society accreditation for seventh consecutive year13 Jan 2017
Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has secured the Lexcel award, the Law Society’s legal practice quality standard, for the seventh year in a row.
Lexcel is a national accolade, designed to recognise best practice in business management and high levels of client care in the legal profession.
In order to gain and retain the accreditation, firms must undergo background checks, complete a thorough application and assessment process, and receive an on-site visit from an independent Lexcel assessor.
Applicants are judged across areas including financial management, structure and strategy, risk management, client care, file and case management, and people management.
Steve Eccleston, managing partner at Kuits, said: “Continually meeting the highest of standards is of great importance to our firm, so we’re proud to be recognised for this award yet again.
“We’re dedicated to best practice across the business and to be awarded the Lexcel mark for the seventh year running is a reflection of that commitment.”
