Kuits assists BrewDog in England takeover27 Dec 2012
Manchester law firm Kuits Solicitors has rounded off a busy 12 months advising the fast growing Scottish bar operator BrewDog in their expansion throughout England.
Anthony Lyons, Martin Davies and Felicity Harris-Knott of the specialist leisure team at Kuits have assisted BrewDog in the opening of 6 bars in England since the end of 2011. Kuits has advised on the openings of bars in Camden, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Shoreditch and Bristol. Next to open this year will be Birmingham and in early 2013, Leeds.

Originally founded in Aberdeen in 2007 BrewDog, which operates bars in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh, is also the largest independent brewer in Scotland and in addition to making the world’s strongest beer, BrewDog has made the world’s most expensive beer.
