Kuits advises on the letting of Manchester’s Cat Café04 Aug 2016
Kuits has advised on the lease of one of the city’s most talked about new venues, the Cat Café.
The first of its kind in Manchester, the Northern Quarter venue offers customers time to enjoy the company of the café’s ten cats, alongside coffee and cake.
Kuits’ commercial property partner Martin Davies, and solicitor Kate Kurtz, provided legal and commercial advice to owner Richard Goodall on the letting and re-fit of the space at 103 High Street, formerly the Richard Goodall Gallery, which has now moved to Thomas Street.
Martin Davies commented: “The Cat Café has received huge interest from the Greater Manchester community in the month since its launch, so it’s been great to be involved with such a high-profile let-out.
“We’re pleased to have been able to provide a legal service offering for Richard in his new venture and look forward to paying both the gallery and café a visit in the near future.”
