Holly is a Trainee Solicitor undertaking her third seat in our Commercial team.

Areas of Expertise

Holly joined Kuits in September 2021 as Paralegal and worked in Dispute Resolution team and then our Corporate team.

Holly undertook her first seat at Kuits with our Corporate team. She is now in her second seat with our Commercial Property team, sitting with the Development sub-team, where she assists with:

•  Helping house builders and developers in securing and developing sites for commercial and residential development, including:
  o Development agreements
  o Planning & Infrastructure agreements
  o Sales of affordable housing to registered providers
