Tiffany is a Solicitor in our Residential Property Department.
Tiffany acts for high-net worth individuals and property investors with large property portfolios. She deals with a variety of matters including purchases and sales of Freehold and complex leasehold Properties, Transfers of Equality and re-mortgages. She has also experience in acting for a Local Developer for the sale of plots on new build developments.
Tiffany completed her training contract at a well-established firm in North Leeds, the seats she undertook being Residential Property, Commercial Property, Employment Law and Personal Injury. Her love of property lead her to practice in Residential Property, having come from a family of property developers. She studied her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Huddersfield. Tiffany qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and started her career at a firm in Huddersfield.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys keeping fit, reading, and travelling the world as and when she can.
