Sebastian advises on freehold and leasehold sale and purchases of commercial and residential property, staircasing, lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Sebastian deals, in the majority, with development acquisitions and subsequent off plan sales for developers.
Sebastian has experience in acting for a wide range of developers from small construction sites and individual persons to large sites and commercial developers across England and Wales.
Sebastian qualified as a solicitor in November 2017 and joined Kuits in February 2021.

Sebastian enjoys exercise and being in nature, whether by hiking in the Peaks, Lakes, any other mountain or bouldering and lead climbing.
