Nicola (Nikki) Knappett joined Kuits in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Intellectual Property department.

Areas of Expertise

Nikki qualified over 25 years ago  and has 20 years of experience working as in-House General Counsel and  Senior Counsel to well-known global and UK brands. She has worked with a vast variety of sectors, including the technology, leisure, fast-moving consumer goods, retail and travel.

Nikki decided to return to private practice due to the well-known reputation of Kuits and the highly personal approach we take to advise and add value to our clients’ businesses, which mirrored Nikki’s own ethos and values when working in-house.

Nikki works closely with all of our clients to truly understand their business needs and objectives so that she can provide unique solutions on a full range of commercial issues and contractual arrangements.

We believe it is Nikki’s wealth of legal and business experience that sets her apart and enables her to identify and provide unique solutions that are both pragmatic and commercially focused.
