Sally is a Partner and member of our Commercial Property Team
Sally specialises in investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters and development.
Sally has particular expertise in the retail and leisure sector, having acted for a number of the UK’s largest retailers in the supermarket, clothing and banking markets in relation to both high street and out of town developments. Sally has also advised both family owned and corporate leisure operators in the restaurant, holiday park, television and cinema sectors.
In addition to her corporate occupier experience, Sally has acted for developers, investors and funders on portfolio acquisitions, mixed use developments and corporate takeovers. Sally has experience in representing public bodies, charities and both UK and overseas lenders.
