James advises on all aspects of Employment law. He has experience in a range of contentious matters including discrimination and constructive dismissal claims, national minimum wage disputes and employee disciplinary issues. He is also skilled in non-contentious areas with specific experience and focus in employee data and monitoring matters and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.

Prior to working at Kuits, James has a number of years’ experience in a non-legal commercial role and has practical knowledge of managing employees and providing commercial solutions to problems. This gives him a unique perspective on various employment issues. He understands client issues and provides practical solutions to meet their business needs.
