Daniel started his training contract with Kuits in September 2019.
Areas of Expertise
Daniel first seat was in the Residential Conveyancing department where he worked primarily with private clients, investors and developers, acting on sale, purchase and re-finance matters. Working closely with senior members of the firm, Daniel has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in both leasehold and freehold property transactions.
Daniel’s second seat was in the Corporate department where he assisted the team with various matters including company disposals and acquisitions, formations and restructurings.
Daniel started his third seat in September 2020 in the Litigation department where he assists clients with Landlord and Tenant issues, service charge disputes, debt recovery claims and a variety of commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Kuits, Daniel was a “Youth Director” at Borehamwood and Elstree Synagogue, the largest orthodox synagogue in the UK. This role involved organizing social and educational activities for 500 youth members.
