Claire is a Senior Associate in our Residential Property Team.
Claire has experience of both residential and commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, assignments, deeds of variations and refinancing.
She has a particular interest in residential development work and acts for a number of national house builders including developers and other property companies in relation to site assembly, preparation of the estate documentation and disposals.
