Tom cross qualified as a solicitor in 2013, after being called to the Bar in 2009 and has since focused on commercial litigation, acting regularly in complex and high value disputes whilst gaining wide ranging experience across a number of specialisms, namely:
In addition, Tom has experience in Landlord and Tenant issues and property litigation, acting in boundary disputes, right of way disputes, and Party Wall Act claims.
Tom is equally as comfortable advising corporate entities as he is acting for individuals, providing bespoke legal solutions designed to resolve disputes commercially and cost effectively whilst achieving his clients’ objectives.

Away From The Office
In his spare time, Tom enjoys music, films and has an enthusiasm for Norse mythology. He also enjoys reading, particularly novels in the science fiction, fantasy or crime genres. Tom is a member of the National Trust and enjoys visiting their properties and countryside.
Tom has been a Trustee Governor and Director at Manchester Health Academy since 2016, he sits on both the Trust Board and on the Finance and Audit Committee.
When not doing any of the above Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends.
