Kuits associate makes Lawyer of the Year shortlist01 Apr 2019
A talented Kuits lawyer has made it onto the shortlist for the Insider North West Young Professionals Awards 2019.
Commercial property associate Emma Nimmo has been shortlisted in the ‘Young Lawyer’ category for the 16th instalment of the regional awards.
This is the third consecutive year Kuits has been represented in the category and the second time Emma has been a finalist.
This achievement comes hot on the heels of Emma’s shortlisting for Lawyer of the Year at the Made in Manchester Awards in February.
It has been a strong start to the year for the firm’s commercial property team, who were shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year category at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards.
Executive partner at Kuits, Robert Levy, said: “As the British Chambers’ Regional Employer of the Year for the North West, we are extremely proactive in supporting and developing our young talent through training, coaching and mentoring.
“Emma has had an incredible past 12 months in terms of both her personal achievements and what she has contributed to the firm, she is a rising star and her accomplishments continue to push her forward as a great role model for our up-and-coming lawyers.”
The Insider North West Young Professionals Awards is celebrating its 16th year of recognising the best young business talent from across the region in 2019. In shortlisting, the judges looked for people aged 35 or younger who have made a real difference over the last 12 months in terms of their dedication, expertise and dynamic approach.
The winners will be announced at an awards evening at the Midland Hotel on Thursday 4th April.
