Manchester law firm, Kuit Steinart Levy, has acted for the owners of Albert House Residential Care Home in connection with its recent sale to its new owners. Albert House is a well established residential care home for the elderly, centrally located in Colne, Lancashire. Since the business was acquired by the sellers in 1998, it has grown steadily into a comfortable residence and has registration to accommodate up to 17 residents. James Wall, who led the team at Kuits, comments: “We enjoyed a close working relationship with the owners of Albert House who retained us to ensure that the sale proceeded to completion smoothly and we are all delighted at the outcome. We wish both the sellers and the purchaser success in the future.” The sale of Albert House represents a further step by Kuits to strengthen its cross departmental healthcare team specialising in acquisitions and disposals of, in particular, care homes, working closely with selling agents and various lending institutions. Cockshott Peck Lewis Solicitors in Southport, Merseyside, acted for the purchasers. - Ends - For further information please contact: | |
