Leading Manchester law firm, Kuit Steinart Levy has been appointed as the official legal advisors for the National Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM). The National Association of Memorial Masons – which has more than 600 members throughout the UK and celebrated its centenary this year – is a unique organisation dedicated to promoting and protecting the high standards of the memorial masonry industry. Andrew Weinberg, Partner at Kuits, comments: “Over the last few years, we have acted successfully on behalf of NAMM in several judicial review cases against local authorities acting outside their statutory powers.
