KUITS JOINS LOVELLS’ MEXICAN WAVE PANEL |
18th Nov 2005 |
Manchester based law firm, Kuit Steinart Levy, has been selected to join Lovells’ “Mexican- Wave” outsourcing panel. Under the arrangement, Lovells will allocate routine property work for some of its major corporate clients to Kuits whilst Lovells continues to undertake the more complex work for those clients. The Mexican-Wave service model is a ground breaking and award winning concept developed by Lovells with the Prudential to provide the highest quality work at the lowest possible costs. Kuit Steinart Levy has been appointed to the panel with Newcastle based Ward Hadaway. The move represents an extension of the existing panel comprising Knight & Sons in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Cripps Harries Hall in Tunbridge Wells as Lovells seek to expand the idea to other clients of Lovells. Property Partner at Kuits, Nick Nyunt, who last year worked closely with Lovells when he advised Land Securities on the disposal of a proportion of its industrial portfolio to Slough Estates (for whom Lovells acted), will lead the property work for the international firm. Nick hopes that the “Mexican-Wave” concept may allow the two firms to work closer in other areas in the future. He commented: “It’s a great privilege to be selected to
join Lovells’ panel and to have the opportunity to work with
the firm’s high profile clients. It’s a very exciting opportunity
for Kuits and Ends For further information please contact: |
