KUITS ADVISES POLY INFORMATION LTD ON AIM ADMISSION

Manchester law firm, Kuit Steinart Levy, has acted for the shareholders of Poly Information Ltd in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Poly Information by Poplar Partners plc and the admission of Poplar Partners plc to AIM.

Poly Information, based in Israel, develops sophisticated voice recognition software which enables computers to identify and respond to the spoken word.

Kuits worked with advisors in the UK and Israel to facilitate the flotation, which resulted in Poplar Partners commencing dealing on 11 March in its entire issued share capital. A total of 85,773,600 shares were placed on AIM at 1p per share, giving Poplar Parners a market capitalisation at the placing price of £3.95million.
