TheBusinessDesk.com - Kuits on tap for Oast House

31-Oct-2011 LAW firm Kuits Solicitors has obtained for the latest leisure venue in Spinningfields.

The Oast House, which opened thsi week, is a traditional pub concept developed by Knutsford-based Living Ventures - the company behind The Alchemist and Australasia - which are proving popular venues in the business and fashion-focused district.

The Oast House is just off The Avenue, behind the Magistrates's Court, and has been based on a 17th Century Kentish Oast House – a traditional building which was used for drying hops as part of the brewing process.

It is his will be Living Ventures’ first pub where locally brewed cask ales and a selection of 40 bottled beers and ciders will be on offer.

Anthony Lyons, licensing partner at Manchester-based Kuits, said: "This is an exciting new concept for Living Ventures and it was great to be involved.

"We have worked with the team for many years now. Their recent projects of Australasia and The Alchemist have brought fresh ideas to Manchester, and we are in no doubt that this latest idea will prove to be just as successful.”
