17-Jan-2012 LAW firm Kuits Solicitors has bolstered its commercial litigation and intellectual property teams with two new hires.

Solicitors David Jones and Andrew Lee have joined the Manchester firm's commercial litigation and intellectual property teams respectively.

 

David, specialises in contractual disputes, urgent injunctions, insolvency proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, while Andrew specialises in contentious intellectual property with particular emphasis on copyright, designs and trade marks.

Executive Partner Robert Levy said, “We are delighted to welcome David and Andrew to the firm. They both have excellent backgrounds and their appointments add depth to areas of the practice in which we have seen growth over the last 12 months.”
